Pre-Qualified Provider through ProServices
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) manages an e-portal called the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS). This mandatory government-wide procurement vehicle is designed to provide Federal Departments with access to pre-qualified professional services suppliers.
HPCI is a pre-qualified provider through ProServices for services valued below the Canadian-Korean Free Trade Agreement threshold of $100,000 CAD, including taxes. Our services may also be contracted through a directed contract (formerly known as sole source) up to $40,000 CAD, or through competitive bidding involving a minimum of two suppliers for higher-value contracts.
